Location was great, close to restaurants and attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view. the breakfast was tasty and had a good selection.

The staff was not very helpful during check-in and didn't provide much information about the area or hotel amenities. the noise from outside and other guests was quite loud during the night, making it difficult to sleep.

Wonderful holiday stay! The welcoming staff made us feel right at home with complimentary wine and cheese upon arrival. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding areas and enjoy all the festive attractions nearby.- The cozy rooms were spacious and comfortable, with extra touches like a gas fireplace and jacuzzi jets in the bathroom.

While the garden looked beautiful, the chilly weather prevented us from fully enjoying it. It would be even better if they allowed pets to join us on our holiday getaway.

Situated right by the river, guests can enjoy the serene view and take peaceful walks along the banks. there are some great local attractions, like the Bedford, which offers spacious suites with comfortable sitting areas. Another highlight is the area farmer's market, where one can find fresh and delicious produce.

The bathroom in the Dorset Room, mentioned in one of the reviews, is detached from the room.
